Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the time they are paid. **Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
Deliveries to P.O. Box and APO/FPO Military Addresses will not be accepted.
Shipping Method
ndscollection.com ships via FedEx. You will receive a notice by email when your order has been shipped along with your FedEx tracking number. Upon checkout, you may select FedEx delivery options such as Ground or Next Day Air, etc. **See note above regarding weekend and holiday hours.
International Orders
Canadian orders shipped via UPS Standard will incur customs' fees payable at point of pick-up. Please contact your local customs office to determine customs' costs. Customs' fees have been known to cost as much as the item.
International orders will only be shipped to the billing address (orders that contain different addresses will not allow checkout). Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery based on your location.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL on ndscollection.com. No refunds will be honored. We will only exchange merchandise in two circumstances:
- We have shipped an incorrect item:
We will exchange an item that was erroneously shipped if they return the incorrect item in new and unused condition in all product packaging and accessories (CDs must be returned unopened in their original plastic wrap) within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to the customer;
- The item is defective:
We will exchange defective items if they return the item to us in all product packaging and accessories (CDs must be returned unopened in their original plastic wrap) within 30 days of the date the item was shipped to the customer, and after we have independently verified that the item is defective.
